By accessing and using PolyCrystal Industries' website, products, or services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

PolyCrystal Industries manufactures and supplies high-quality polycarbonate sheets and related products. All products are subject to availability and our manufacturing capabilities. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Custom orders and specifications are subject to separate terms and conditions as outlined in individual quotations.

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, or duties unless explicitly stated. Payment terms are typically net 30 days for approved commercial accounts. New customers may be required to pay in advance or provide acceptable credit references. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period specified in our product documentation. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or modifications not performed by PolyCrystal Industries. Our liability is limited to replacement or repair of defective products. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Claims for shortage or damage must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PolyCrystal Industries and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Product specifications and technical data remain our intellectual property even after sale.

In no event shall PolyCrystal Industries be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PolyCrystal Industries is incorporated. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of our jurisdiction.
